Deadline: Monday Is The Last Day To Register To Vote In Primary

WEST CHESTER, PA— Monday, May 1, is the last day to register to vote in Pennsylvania.

You can submit your application online here.

These are the requirements for voter registration:

• A United States citizen at least 30 days before the next election.
• A Pennsylvania and your election district for at least 30 days before the next election
• 18 years of age on the day of the next election

The deadline to apply for a mail-in ballot is May 9. The application must include a valid ID.

The polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Ballots are not mailed to voters automatically, even if the person voted by mail previously.

Voters can also receive, fill out, and submit a vote-by-mail application. Residents are required to apply in 2023 for a mail-in ballot even if they voted by mail previously.
