Devon Students 'Adopt' West Chester Family From Domestic Violence Center

Great work done by Devon Prep students during the holiday season helping out a West Chester family.

A group of Devon Prep seventh graders are doing some great work this holiday season.

The 28 students and their families "adopted" a family from the Domestic Violence Center in West Chester for the holiday season, sponsoring purchases of clothes, toys, diapers, personal items, and more.

After enjoying a hearty snack before the wrapping party, the boys set out to wrap the gifts, nearly 60 in all, so their sponsored family could have a special holiday, the school said.
