Drunk Man Fights, Injures 2 Cops In West Chester: Authorities
The man refused to leave a local establishment and then smashed a window when police arrived, officials said.

WEST CHESTER, PA — A drunk man refused to leave a bar in downtown West Chester and then physically fought police officers when they were called to the scene, authorities said this week.
The incident occurred on Sept. 7 at around 1:45 p.m. on the 50 block of South High Street.
Police said they tried to arrest the man, Dylan Novak, 21, of Avondale, when they arrived inside, but he resisted.

Eventually it turned into a physical struggle, with Novak smashing a window inside the establishment and causing injuries to two officers, according to authorities.
Eventually Novak was put in handcuffs and taken to Chester County Prison. He was charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, public drunkenness, and related counts.
