Breaking: Dianne Herrin will be the next mayor of West Chester.

WEST CHESTER, PA — Democrat Dianne Herrin will be the next mayor West Chester.
Herrin defeated Republican challenger Tommy Ciccarone Jr. handily, earning 72.41 percent of the vote to Ciccarone's 27.06.
In Chester County as a whole, voter turnout sat at a dismal 31 percent, with 96 percent of precincts reporting Tuesday night.
