Hatha/Vinyasa - A Fusion of Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga styles while honoring the core principles of Yoga Discipline.
Modifications will be given for beginner students and variations will be offered for all levels. Alignments, pranayama (breathing techniques), internal heat, laughter and meditation will assist you to awaken your maximum potential.
