
Restorative Yoga - Restorative poses are often referred to as “active relaxation.” By supporting the body with props, we alternately stimulate and relax the body to move towards balance. A deep state of physiological relaxation in which one can soften muscular tension, nourish the organs, balance the hormones, stimulate prana for vitality, increase
radiance and create space for the breath and thoughts. This class will aid in chronic pain, especially therapeutic for
people recovering from injuries, illness or life transitions.
