Ground Breaking Event for Ridley Township and Rouse Chamberlin Homes New Community

Kedron Station

Jon Penders, President of Rouse Chamberlin Homes and several Rouse Chamberlin Homes team members joined Township Manager Ed Pisani and Ridley Township Commissioners Trish Hollabaugh, Nancy Robert and Sheri Zuppo for a ceremonial groundbreaking at Delaware County’s newest townhome community – “Kedron Station”.

“We have enjoyed working with the Ridley Township staff and commissioners to design a high quality new home neighborhood for this special property,” Penders commented. “This quiet cul de sac neighborhood of single family and townhomes includes open space and lifestyle features for today’s busy families. The park-like site is extremely well located — right off of Route 420, only minutes from Routes 476 and 95 as well as walking distance from the SEPTA R3 commuter train to Philadelphia.”

All 31 luxury townhomes and singles will include one or two car garages. Townhomes offer up to 1,960 square feet of open floorplan living space with 3 bedrooms and various bath options. Meanwhile the single homes offer up to 2,800 square feet each with 4 bedrooms and luxurious interior features. All of this with pricing from the very, very low $200’s!
