Breaking: The fugitives had been on the run for nearly a week.

WEST CHESTER, PA — A pair of half brothers wanted for a murder in West Chester last week have been captured, the Chester County District Attorney's Office announced.
Tyrell Jacobs, 23, and Tim Jacobs, 24, have been charged with the shooting death of Eric Brown, 26, at the Star Social Club on April 10.
The pair were found at 40 N. Robinson Street in West Philadelphia by the U.S. Marshal's Service, authorities said.

The victim had been out playing basketball that night, and was still carrying the basketball when he walked into the club on East Market Street.
According to the DA, the Jacobs brothers began arguing with Brown, and tried to "lure him into an altercation." It's not yet clear if the brothers knew Brown from before, nor what the altercation was about.

Eventually, Tyrell Jacobs threw a punch at Brown, who did not respond to the assault, the DA said. Other patrons of the club intervened, and tried to get Brown to leave, but he would not go.
Security footage shows the verbal altercation continue for several more minutes, before Tyrell Jacobs punches Brown again. After the second punch, Brown came at him, and the three began fighting. The brothers then chased Brown into a small room in the back of the club, both of them carrying firearms, where Brown had trapped himself. That's when Tyrell Jacobs shot Brown in the chest, the DA said.
Both brothers fled the scene in different vehicles. Brown was rushed to Paoli Hospital, where he was declared dead.
Police said that neither brother had a license to carry a firearm, so they also face firearms charges.
