Hikes With Herrin A Chance To Speak With State Representative
Rep. Dianne Herrin will hold hour-long hikes with residents for face-to-face talks on issues.

WEST CHESTER, PA — Hikes with Herrin are a thing, so starting Oct. 10 the Pennsylvania 156th District Representative will hike Birmingham Hill in Chester County with residents, taking up issues like open space preservation for starters.
State Rep. Dianne Herrin (D-156th) announced her "Hikes with Herrin" event series on Monday. She said the plan is to allow a way for residents to discuss some of the pressing issues facing our commonwealth with her. She said this can be done "while enjoying the best public open spaces our community has to offer."
The first event on Sunday, Oct. 10, will focus on the effort to preserve open space here at home and across Pennsylvania. Each hike is scheduled to run for an hour and will start at the Birmingham Hill Trailhead, 1272 Birmingham Road, West Chester, with one group leaving at 1 p.m. and another at 2 p.m.
