Corinne Heim, branch vice president of the Exton office of Coldwell Banker Preferred, is pleased to announce that Malvern resident Melanie Howson has affiliated with the office as a full-time sales associate. Howson will provide residential real estate services in Malvern, as well as Chester County and the greater Philadelphia area.

Originally from Delaware County and now a resident of Chester County for the past 25 years, Howson attended Villanova University and worked as a professional counselor for nearly 30 years before receiving her real estate license.

Howson’s decision to become a real estate sales professional is based on her love of houses and her desire to help individuals realize their dream of home ownership. Howson currently resides in Malvern with her husband and their blended family of five children and four cats.
