Immaculata University Hosts Nursing Information Session

Immaculata University is hosting a two-hour information session for undergraduate nursing programs and the accelerated, second-degree nursing program on Tuesday, Feb. 4, starting at 6 p.m. in Loyola Hall on the University’s campus.

This event is for high school students and college transfer students interested in studying nursing, as well as graduates and professionals with a bachelor’s degree in another field who are interested in earning an accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) in as few as 15 months. The session will provide an overview of Immaculata’s nursing programs, including details on clinical experiences and admissions processes. Faculty members from the nursing department will be available to answer questions, and an optional campus tour will be provided.

Immaculata University offers award-winning, holistic nursing education with a strong track record of preparing students for careers as registered nurses. In the 2024 academic year, Immaculata’s nursing students achieved an impressive 94.2% first-time pass rate on the NCLEX (National Council Licensure Examination) surpassing the national average (91.78%).

Immaculata’s nursing students enjoy high employment rates, with at least 94% of 2023 nursing graduates securing jobs within their field.
