The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture Bureau of Food Safety and Laboratory Services calls inspections a "snapshot" of the facility on the day it was inspected and is not necessarily indicative of the facility's overall cleanliness. Violations are recorded during inspections but are often corrected on site prior to the inspector leaving the establishment.
