Kalpokas Affiliates with Coldwell Banker Preferred

Corinne Heim, branch vice president of the Exton office of Coldwell Banker Preferred, is pleased to announce that West Chester resident Allison Kalpokas has affiliated with the office as a full-time sales associate. Kalpokas will provide residential real estate services in West Chester, as well as Chester County and the greater Philadelphia area.

Kalpokas has a diverse background, from investment banking to business owner, as well as her present position as the residency coordinator for Philadelphia Union Academy. She decided to change career paths in 2016 and attended the Polley Institute of Real Estate for her real estate coursework.

According to Kalpokas, “I think this career path in real estate will afford me with the opportunity to be in charge of my own destiny. I am definitely a ‘people person’ who relates well to all demographics and I believe that I can thrive in real estate sales.”

Kalpokas decided to affiliate with Coldwell Banker Preferred because of the positive, welcoming and intimate office environment she experienced when she first visited the office. Additionally, she was impressed with the innovative technology and outstanding support offered to the agents. She is married, a mother of one, step-mother of two and a grandmother. In her free time, she loves to run, hike and fish with her husband, Tom.
