Laura Kaplan Honored Among NAHREP Top Latino Agents for 2017

Coldwell Banker Preferred is proud to announce that West Chester resident Laura Kaplan has been honored by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals® (NAHREP).

NAHREP ranked Kaplan No. 35 among the Top 50 Latino Real Estate Agents in the Northeast. She is affiliated with the Exton office of Coldwell Banker Preferred.

Each year, NAHREP recognizes the United States’ leading Hispanic real estate agents and brokers who have closed an exceptional number of transactions, thus increasing the rate of sustainable Hispanic homeownership in communities across the country.

The NAHREP 2017 Top 250 Latino Agents Award recognizes recipients in several categories, including highest transaction sides and sales volume in the nation, top individual agents, millennial agents, and geographic regions including the South, Northeast, West, Midwest, California, and Texas.

According to NAHREP, “These agents represent a combined total of 26,105 units in closed transaction sides from January 2016 through December 2016 and more than $6.08 billion in total aggregate volume.”

With more than 10 years of experience serving home buyers and sellers, Kaplan offers extensive local knowledge of Chester County, as well as strong marketing and negotiating strategies. She constantly strives to build her professional skillset in order to provide exceptional service to clients. She most recently earned the Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle award designation for 2016 sales.

Kaplan received her master’s degree in business from The Pennsylvania State University and her bachelor’s degree in marketing and international business from West Chester University. She is a member of the Suburban West Realtors Association. Originally from Mexico, she is fluent in Spanish.
