Man Exposed Penis To Woman, Drove Off Laughing In Chesco: State Police
Pennsylvania State Police said a man in the vehicle seen here exposed himself to a woman in West Bradford Township Thursday evening.
WEST BRADFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — Pennsylvania State Police in Chester County are asking for help finding a driver who exposed himself to a woman Thursday evening.
According to police, the incident occurred at about 7:12 p.m. Thursday on the 1400 block of Poets Alley in West Bradford Township's Stargazer Village.
Police said a blue BMW pulled up to a woman walking in the area, and the driver asked for directions to the nearest gas station.

When the woman came up to the vehicle, she was the man's penis, and he started to laugh, police said.
The woman started walking away, and the driver told her to come back to talk to him.

Police said the driver left the area via Strasburg Road.
The driver was described as a white man, 21 to 35 years old.
