Man Found Shot To Death In West Chester

WEST CHESTER, PA — The body of a man who had been shot to death in the head was found in West Chester on Wednesday afternoon, police announced Friday.

The victim has been identified as Twain Darrell Cleveland, a 35-year-old man from Philadelphia.

His body was found by a work crew trimming trees under power lines on the 1200 block of Allerton Road.

Police said that Cleveland had no known connections to Chester County. He was last seen alive in Philadelphia, and he also has connections to the Wilmington, Delaware area, according to police.

West Chester Police and Chester County Detectives are investigating the death as a homicide.
