New Saladworks, Frutta Bowls Open In West Chester Area
The unique "dual concept" location features a wide variety of customizable salads, bowls, paninis, and drinks.

THORNBURY TOWNSHIP, PA — A new Saladworks and Frutta Bowls restaurant has opened in the West Chester area, owners announced Thursday.
The health-oriented, customizable, fast-casual dining spots are located on 1353 Dilworthtown Road in Thornbury Township. It's about five miles from downtown West Chester.
"This unique dual-concept location offers guests a variety of nutrient-packed and flavorful options from both brands, whether they're craving crisp, greens-packed salads or refreshing superfruit smoothie bowls," owners said.

A grand opening event was held on March 5, and the first 50 guests received a free salad.
Saladworks has a build-your-own menu of salads, wraps, grain bowls, and paninis, with 60 ingredients to choose from.

Frutta has a variety of superfood options, ranging from custom acai and pitaya bowls to smoothies, protein bites, and fruit juice blends.
Both companies were originated in New Jersey: Saladworks in 1986 and Frutta Bowls in 2016. The new restaurant is considered an expansion of their "home market."
