New West Chester Chicken Restaurant Now Open
The downtown eatery focusing on "simple food made deliciously with love" is open until 2:30 a.m. three nights a week.

WEST CHESTER, PA — A new restaurant, West Chester Chicken, has now opened up its doors in the borough.
It's located on 34 S. High Street adjacent to the West Chester Barbershop.
"Simple food made deliciously with love" is the motto of the establishment, whose menu includes crabby fries, boardwalk fries, chicken tender and wing platters, a handful of chicken sandwiches, buffalo mac and cheese, and more.

The eatery is run by Carlos Vargas, who also owns Kennett Chicken and Kaboburritos in Kennett Square.
West Chester Chicken is open for special late night hours Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights until 2:30 a.m.

It's the latest chicken joint to open up in the borough, after Crisp Chicken opened on Market Street two years ago.
