A dog found on North Chester Road has been claimed from the Chester County SPCA according to a blog by Chester County Ramblings.
The dog, named Gussie, belongs to an East Goshen resident who will pick up the dog Tuesday.
According to the blog, "the owner, adopted "Gussie" many years ago from the Delaware County SPCA, and the chip in her is not the current owners.
