For thirty-one years, the Volunteer English Program (VEP) has strengthened Chester County communities with FREE one-on-one English instruction. Thanks to VEP’s dedicated work, thousands of hard-working adult immigrants and refugees, who have received English instruction and cultural guidance, are succeeding in the work place, at home, and in our communities.
