Our beautifully decorated models truly give you a feeling for every room as you are walking through. Building a home has always been an exciting experience and now we are taking it to the next level with the technology to help our home buyers make selections and envision their home long before it is built.
Accessing the tours is easy. Simply log on to our website at RouseChamberlinHomes.com and go to “Find Your Home” then “Floor Plans”. At the top left of the page click “Click Here for a Virtual Tour”.

These tours can be viewed on your computer – but to give you the feel of walking through our model homes, click on the links from your iPhone or iPad, hold the unit in front of you and then begin moving from side to side, look up at the ceiling and down at the floor.

Curious to see the crown molding we used on the ceiling, just look up and then zoom into the image. Trying to see a lighting fixture a little closer – this is your perfect opportunity! If you’ve already walked through a model and you are just trying to remember how the layout flowed, this will definitely refresh your memory.
You can easily move from room to room and up and down stairs by clicking on the Yellow “entry” dot or by clicking the arrow button in the top right hand corner to scroll from room to room. There are also additional features located at the bottom of the screen to zoom in and out and pan from left to right, up and down.
