Route 202 Construction Continues Next Week
The endless construction on 202 continues through next week.

PennDot workers will continue road surface improvements on Route 202 between Route 100 and High Street.
The $19.3 million project began in May of 2010 and is expected to be completed May, 2012.

Northbound and southbound Route 202 also will be restricted to one lane between Route 100 and High Street in West Goshen and Westtown townships on Monday through Friday (Sept. 19-23) for shoulder reconstruction. Northbound Route 202 will be down to a single lane each night from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. the next morning. The southbound lane closure will be in effect from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Crews are reconstructing the shoulders as part of PennDOT’s $19.3 million project to rehabilitate and resurface 4.3 miles of Route 202 between the Route 100 Interchange and High Street. Construction began in May 2010 and is scheduled to finish in May 2012.

Motorists are advised to allow additional time for travel through both construction areas because backups will occur.
