Breaking: The eastbound lanes of Route 30 Bypass have been shut down Friday due to an accident and fuel spill.

CHESTER COUNTY, PA — The eastbound lanes of Route 30 Bypass have been shut down Friday due to an accident and fuel spill, authorities said.
The incident took place at Route 322 in East Caln at around 3:29 p.m., according to Chester County Active Incidents.
The diesel truck involved in the crash had around 20 to 30 gallons on board, authorities said. It's not yet known what else the truck was carrying.

Police reported that some motorists were turning around and driving the wrong way on Route 30 to escape the traffic.
There has not yet been any word on any injuries.
