WEST CHESTER, PA — A series of late night thefts from vehicles has rocked West Chester and the larger university community just as the school year begins.

Multiple eerie videos were released by police featuring the suspect prowling through local yards and near homes in recent days.

One incident took place on the 700 block of South Walnut Street, while police say the bulk of incidents have occurred in the southeast part of the borough.
