SPCA In West Chester Names Batista 'Pet of the Week'

WEST CHESTER, PA -- The Brandywine Valley SPCA in West Chester has named Batista the cat as their featured pet of the week.

Batista, 5, arrived at the shelter as a stray, shelter officials said.

"Hi, my name is Batista..I’m big and beautiful, interactive and social. I love to be petted and will greet my friends nicely. I would do best with an experienced cat owner because like most cats, I do have my quirks."

Batista is spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations, shelter officials said.
