String of Armed Home Invasions, Robberies in Chester County: Cops

Authorities are investigating whether a series of recent armed home invasions in Chester County are related.

Authorities are investigating a string of armed home invasions over the recent months in Chester County, including one last week.

The most recent incident occurred on Thursday, January 5 in Uwchlan Township.

Victims alleged that two armed individuals broke into their home just off of Peck Road at about 9 p.m., police said. The suspects demanded money and other valuables and quickly began tearing the house apart. They were armed with stun guns and handguns, police said.

The pair fled the scene on foot after obtaining the cash.

They are described as black males in their late teens to early twenties, according to authorities.

6ABC reports that two possibly related incidents occurred in November in Chester Springs.

No arrests have been made.
