True Meaning of Memorial Day
While many celebrate Memorial Day long week end with barbecue, visits to the beaches/parks with family/friends, sometimes the true meaning of Memorial Day is forgotten.
I distinctly remember my son speaking at his middle school assembly to commemorate Memorial Day many years ago.
"Memorial Day is a day to honor all the brave men and women of the armed forces who have sacrificed their lives for us".
