Uptown! Presents Jazz Cocktail Hour hosted by Sara Michaels: Harry "Butch" Reed

Butch has been a member of various performing groups including, Lynn Riley & The World Mix, Electric Mingus Project, Andrew Neu Group and presently Manifest III. He can be heard on the recording projects of Mike Boone, Gerald Veasley, Shawn Qaissaunce, Pearl Williams, The Onus, and Electric Mingus Project. You can also find him on stage providing the foundation for many vocalists like Ella Ghant, Barbara D. Mills, Pearl Williams and Sharon Sable to name a few. He has toured with several well known musicians including John Blake, The Onus, The Andrew Neu Group and The Electric Mingus Project. He has also been a member of the Philadelphia Clef Club Jazz Big Band and the Don Wilson Big Band.

Doors open at 6:00pm for cocktails and socializing. Concert will begin at 6:30pm. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. Please indicate on your order form if you’d be interested in purchasing food.

Tickets are $15 in advance online or $20 at the door.
