Suspected Road Rage Crash Victim Was 2017 West Chester Rustin HS Graduate

The victim of the suspected road rage crash Wednesday was 18-year-old Bianca Roberson, who had just graduated from West Chester Rustin HS.

WEST CHESTER, PA — The victim of the crash on Route 100 Wednesday was 18-year-old Bianca Roberson, who had just graduated from West Chester Rustin High School with the class of 2017.

Police are investigating the crash as a possible road rage incident, and are seeking a red pickup truck that was seen fleeing from the area.

"All of us in the West Chester Area School District are deeply shocked and saddened by this horrible news," Superintendent Jim Scalon said in a statement Thursday. "Bianca had her whole life ahead of her. What should be a time of great joy and celebration in a young person's life has turned into a horrible tragedy."

The incident occurred in the southbound lanes of Route 100 at around 5:30 p.m. in West Goshen Wednesday.

While the make, model, or year of the pickup truck is not known, authorities are asking the public for their assistance in finding the other driver.

West Chester Rustin will have school counselors available for students at Rustin on Friday morning, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
