West Chester Eatery Named Among 50 Best In Region: Philly Mag

A West Chester restaurant has again been named among the best restaurants in the region.

WEST CHESTER, PA — A West Chester restaurant has again been named among the best restaurants in the region.

That's according to a new comprehensive list put together by food experts over at Philadelphia Magazine, who cite the Italian eatery Andiario as one of the best in business.

"Clean lines. Warm colors. A pile of golden chanterelles or heirloom tomatoes sitting on the pass in the open kitchen. The first time you eat the pasta here, you’ll dream about it for weeks after and at subsequent meals will fall in love all over again."

The eatery also won the award of "Best Pasta Shape":

"The Italian “creste di gallo” translates to “rooster’s crest.” Maybe you’ve had them before (they often look like elbow macaroni with curly mohawks), but we promise, pasta god Anthony Andiario’s are different — handmade, stuffed with all things local and seasonal, both wild and elegant."
