West Chester Girl Earns Role Walnut Street Theatre's 'The Wizard of Oz'
West Chester elementary student Louise Sims will perform in Walnut Street Theatre's production of "The Wizard Of Oz."

WEST CHESTER, PA -- West Chester will be well-represented when "The Wizard of Oz" hits the stage in Philadelphia this holiday season.
Student Louise Sims will perform in Walnut Street Theatre’s production of the classic play.
Sims will play a Munchkin in the show.

According to a press release, Sims has been acting since age five. She has performed on the local theatre circuit, earning her start in a production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at Harriton High School in Bryn Mawr.
Sims, along with her 29 Munchkin cast-mates, are all members of The Theatre School at Walnut Street Theatre, the release states.

The play has already begun showing. Catch Sims on Walnut Street until January 8.
