West Chester Growers Market Preview

Here's a preview of what vendors will be at the West Chester Growers' Market on Saturday courtesy of their blog.

Yellow Springs Farm Goat-za-rella is back this week at Market for early tomaotes and basil, and so many other summer recipes. I include a recipe idea here, too. We will also have Fieldstone, our 2011 American Cheese Society award-winning cave-aged cheese. And, our season’s first batch of Chevre with lemon pepper will be offered too. When the weather is hot, a touch of lemon makes almost everything taste better, and provides a refreshing feeling, if only for a few minutes.
