West Chester Health Inspections: 29 Violators In May

WEST CHESTER, PA — The Chester County Health Department inspected 61 West Chester area establishments over the past month, from the time period of May 1 through June 5. Of those, 29 had at least one violation.

Leading the way was Mas Mexicali Cantina, with nine violations.

Some of their violations included improperly covered beer taps, floor tiles in need of cleaning or replacement, ceiling tiles flaking or peeling, salsa stored at improper temperatures in catina bar, walk-in refrigerator at improper temperatures, chemical sanitizer in cantina bar, dish washer not hot enough, no ice scoop available, and more.
