West Chester Health Inspections: 32 Violators Over Past 6 Weeks

WEST CHESTER, PA — The Chester County Health Department inspected 58 West Chester area establishments since the beginning of May.

Of those establishments, 32 had violations of some kind.

Pita Pit led the way with 13 violations, including insufficient sanitizer test strips, deep groves on cutting boards, improperly marked hummus and dressings, heavy rust on wire shelves, mold on ice chute, slicer not cleaned, and more. The violations left them out of compliance.
