West Chester Homeless Man Exposed Himself On Street: Police

WEST CHESTER, PA — A West Chester man was arrested and imprisoned after police said he exposed himself in public recently.

The incident occurred on Feb. 16 at around 11:42 a.m. on the 50 block of West Chestnut Street.

Travis Moore, 42, was living on the streets, authorities said. He was charged with indecent exposure.

He was taken to Chester County Prison where he is currently awaiting arraignment.

A preliminary hearing is forthcoming.
