West Chester Man Charged With DUI In Horse And Buggy Crash
Eight people, including a baby, were hospitalized after a West Chester man who police say was DUI crashed into a horse and buggy.
PARADISE TOWNSHIP, PA — Eight people were hospitalized Sunday after a West Chester man who police say was DUI crashed into a horse and buggy in Lancaster County, according to sources citing Pennsylvania State Police.
James Walkergoutal, 27, is facing DUI charges in connection with the crash, which happened shortly after 4 p.m. in Paradise Township.
Walkergoutal is facing a felony charge of aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI, among other charges, according to court documents.

Walkergoutal was arraigned Monday. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 29.
