West Chester Man Exposes Himself at Two Local Businesses: Cops

A West Chester man has been arrested after entering two separate area businesses and exposing himself to employees, according to police.

Saivon Fountain, 21, of the 100 block of West Gay Street, has been charged with three counts of indecent exposure, authorities said.

Fountain had also exposed himself several weeks before the most recent incident, which occurred on August 10, police said.

It's not clear what connection, if any, he may have had to the businesses where he exposed himself.

Fountain was processed and released on August 25, police said.
