West Chester Office Buildings Part Of $36 Million Sale, Reports State

WEST CHESTER, PA — Seven buildings throughout the area, including two in West Chester, are part of a recent $36 million sale, reports state.

The offices are located in West Chester Square: 1025 Andrew Drive and 1234 West Chester Pike, some of which are occupied by Berkshire Hathaway.

Four different sellers, represented by SSH Real Estate, sold the properties in a joint deal to investors who wanted "rent stabilized properties," according to Commercial Property Executive.

Other properties that were sold were 3409 West Chester Pike in Newtown Square, and four in Exton: 456 Creamery Way, 100 Campbell Blvd. and 468 and 486 Thomas Jones Way.
