West Chester University to Hold Vigil for Missing Student
The search for West Chester University student Shane Montgomery, 21, is in its sixth day.

A candlelight vigil in support of missing West Chester University student Shane Montgomery will be held on the college’s campus Wednesday at 6 p.m.
Montgomery, 21, a Roxborough native, was last seen around 1:45 a.m. Thursday after leaving Kildare’s in Manayunk.

Authorities, along with his friends and family, have been searching for him since Thursday. The FBI is also involved in the search for Montgomery, which is in its sixth day.
A $25,000 reward is being offered for information leading to Montgomery’s safe return. Kildare’s, the bar where he was last seen, has contributed $10,000 to the reward.

Montgomery is described as 5’11” tall, about 130 pounds with short brown hair and green eyes. He has a tattoo of a Celtic cross on his shoulder blade. He was last seen wearing a gray button-down shirt, blue jeans, a gray hooded sweatshirt and black sneakers.
