Upcoming parking restrictions for street cleaning in Wilkes-Barre (citizensvoice.com) — Drivers in Wilkes-Barre need to move their cars for upcoming street cleaning, with specific no-parking rules on Scott, Kidder, Bowman, Butler, and several nearby streets early this week.
