Abrams Academy Hosts Better Together Luncheon Honoring Members of the Communty Who Make An Impact
Over 150 Guests Attended the Luncheon in Yardley

The Abrams Hebrew Academy in Yardley held its annual "Better Together" Luncheon on Sunday, March 8, 2026, honoring members of the community who make an impact in education. Over 150 people attended.
King of Prussia resident Kathleen Harvey was honored for her ongoing work with The Abrams Hebrew Academy. Under Kathleen's leadership, BLOCS has funded over $200,000 in annual scholarships to 61% of Abrams students. BLOCS is the leading scholarship organization dedicated to the PA Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program.
Rabbi Ira Budow, Director of Abrams Hebrew Academy, said that through the unique partnership with BLOCS, he has a refreshed sense of hope. “In a moment when we face rising anti-Semitism and hate, BLOCS gives us real, actionable hope,” said Rabbi Budow. “BLOCS’ support secured funding for 110 of our 180 students. And Kathleen's leadership proves that caring for all students and all faiths isn’t a slogan—it’s a shared responsibility that strengthens every child and our entire community. We are pleased to honor her at our annual Better Together Luncheon with an award for community impact."
