LOWER MAKEFIELD TOWNSHIP, PA — The Lower Makefield Township Police Department has released its blotter of criminal incidents for the past week.
These are the criminal incidents:
Sept. 10
CREDIT CARD FRAUD — 1100 block of Roelofs Road, reported at 1:30 p.m. The complainant reported an unauthorized use of their credit card.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT — 600 block of Heacock Road at McCaffrey's, reported at 5:15 p.m. Police responded to the report of a vehicle with two people smoking marijuana. A further investigation led to the discovery of a small amount of marijuana. The 22-year-old male driver and 20-year-old female passenger from Trenton, N.J. will be cited for Disorderly Conduct.
Sept. 9
FRAUD — Unit block of Fern Drive, reported at 11:15 a.m. The complainant reported that an unknown person(s) locked them out of their American Airlines account and used 30,000 miles. Total loss was $300.
SIMPLE ASSAULT ARREST — Route 332 and Stony Hill Road, reported at 5:34 p.m. Police responded to the report of an accident and road rage incident at the location. A further investigation revealed the 21-year-old male driver from Bristol assaulted another driver. He was taken into police custody and charged with Simple Assault and related charges.
PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS — 1600 block of Big Oak Road, reported at 8:27 p.m. Police responded to the report of a disorderly person at the location. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 55-year-old Bristol man for Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct. He was taken into police custody.

DRUG ARRESTS:
FRAUD — 100 block of Oxford Valley Road at CVS, reported at 7:02 p.m. The complainant reported that an unknown person(s) picked up their medication without their knowledge or permission. Investigation ongoing.

DRUG ARREST — Oxford Valley Road and Route 1, reported at 7:38 p.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 42-year-old female driver from LMT for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession Drug Paraphernalia. She was taken into police custody.
DUI ARREST — West Trenton Avenue and Plaza Boulevard, reported at 10:09 p.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 30-year-old male driver from Levittown for Driving Under the Influence. He was taken into police custody.
Sept. 5
ACCIDENT & DUI ARREST — Stony Hill Road and Heacock Road, reported at 10:49 p.m. Police responded to the report of a one vehicle accident vs. a pole at the location. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 34-year-old male driver from LMT for Driving Under the Influence. He was taken into police custody.
