Boat Rides At Lake Afton Set For April
There will also be a date in June when you can get out on the lake and help Friends of Lake Afton preserve and improve the site.
YARDLEY, PA — Have you ever been driving past, or walking around, Lake Afton and wished you could get out on the water? Well, in April, you'll have your chance.
Friends of Lake Afton is sponsoring Boat Rides at Lake Afton on Saturday, April 13 and again on Saturday, June 8. The event will be from noon-4 p.m. both days.
For $5, you'll be able to take a spin around the lake on a canoe or paddle boat, while helping Friends of Lake Afton take care of the site. You'll pass by the lake's large rubber duckies and be able to view wildlife as you paddle.

Friends of Lake Afton is a civic nonprofit with the mission to restore, improve, protect and maintain Lake Afton and the public areas surrounding it for the public to enjoy.
