Everything's Free Community Yard 'Sale'

Join The Kim Rock Group of Keller Williams for our Everything’s Free Yard 'Sale', a fun community event where everything is completely free!

Instead of buying and selling, this event is all about sharing with neighbors and helping useful items find new homes. Community members will be bringing gently used items to give away, and anyone attending is welcome to browse and take anything they can use.

You may find items like:

• Clothing
• Toys
• Books
• Household items
• Home décor
• Small appliances
• And other everyday treasures

Bring a reusable shopping bag or wagon and come see what you might discover!

Event Details

📅 Saturday, October 17th
⏰ 9am–10am (or until all items are gone, whichever comes first!)
📍 Lower Makefield Twp. Pool Parking Lot
1050 Edgewood Rd, Yardley, PA 19067

VENDORS:

• Pre-registration is REQUIRED. No spots will be sold at the door. Please pre-purchase a ticket via Eventbrite.
• A $25 refundable reservation fee is required to secure your spot.
• Your $25 will be fully refunded once you show up and participate in the event.
• Need to cancel? Your fee will also be fully refunded if you cancel more than 24 hours before the event.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the event or do not show up, your entire $25 will be donated to Fostering Hope.
• Arrive between 8:15–8:45am for setup.
• ALL items must be given away for FREE...nothing may be sold.
• Items must fit in your car's trunk or pickup truck.
• Any items not taken may be left for junk removal, generously provided by a local junk removal company, EZ Cleanout.

SHOPPERS:

• ‘Shopping’ begins at 9am. NO EARLY BIRDS.
• ALL items are FREE!
• Bring a reusable shopping bag or wagon.
• Just shopping? No need to register!

Events like this are one of our favorite ways to bring the community together while reducing waste and helping items find new homes.

Please note: This event will be held rain or shine! We will only cancel if severe weather, such as lightning or flooding, is forecasted.
