Extreme Heat Postpones Music Off Main Concert
The band playing the weekly Yardley Borough concert won't perform until August due to expected triple-digit temperatures.
YARDLEY BOROUGH, PA — The expected extreme heat on Wednesday is postponing the weekly Music Off Main concert.
The Experience Yardley board said that with The National Weather Service is forecasting dangerously hot conditions with a peak of temperatures expected in triple digits on Wednesday followed by high temperatures for the balance of the week.
The board said that the concert at 6 p.m. at Buttonwood Park is being postponed due to an "abundance of caution."

The band, Meghan Cary, agreed to adjust their schedule and will perform at Buttonwood Park at 6 p.m. on Aug. 19.
