Yardley Endures Flooding From Weekend Storm: Photos
Yardley Borough has finally recovered from heavy rainfall on Sunday that closed several roads. See photos below.

YARDLEY, PA —The borough knows flooding. Being next to the Delaware River, the borough has endured flooding for decades as it sits in a flood plain.
With the latest storm bringing heavy rain overnight Sunday, Yardley experienced some flooding throughout the borough on Tuesday. The Delaware River rose to action levels and close to minor flood levels.
Jared Stump, a resident who was elected to Yardley Borough Council and will take office in January, provided Patch with numerous photos showing the flooding.
