Yardley Man Charged With Death By Auto In NJ Crash

Ketan Kabaria​, 47, of Yardley, faces DWI and other charges in a crash that killed a 22-year-old man in Robbinsville, NJ, Friday.

YARDLEY, PA —A 47-year-old borough man has been charged with DWI and other offenses in the death of a man during a crash in Robbinsville Township, NJ, on Friday, police said.

Ketan Kabaria was charged with death by auto (2nd degree), driving while intoxicated, careless driving, reckless driving, and failure to yield the right of way at an intersection, the Robbinsville Police Department said Monday.

He is being held in the Mercer County Correctional Facility.

Police and the Robbinsville Township Fire Department Station 40 responded to the area of Old York Road (Route 539) and Montgomery Way for a reported motor vehicle crash with injuries at 5:49 p.m. on March 31.

Police said the crash involved a Harley-Davidson motorcycle and a Toyota Camry driven by Kabaria, who was not injured.

The motorcycle driver —Jake Schreck, 22, of Allentown, NJ —was transported to Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in Hamilton where he was pronounced dead.
