A rainy start to Rhode Island's weekend will give way to sunny skies by Sunday.
The rain rolls in Friday night, according to the National Weather Service, and continues Saturday when the high temperature will be just a breezy 61 degrees.
Skies clear by Saturday night, the National Weather Service forecast says, as the low temperature drops to a chilly 46 degrees.
But the sun comes out Sunday as the temperature climbs to 72 degrees.
The National Weather Service forecast calls for a mostly cloudy Sunday night with a low around 53.
The work week starts with more rain Monday as the high reaches a mere 69 degrees, and expect even more rain Monday night as the low temperature drops to around 50.
