Massachusetts Man Wanted In Virginia Nabbed In Rhode Island: Cops

A Massachusetts man wanted in Virginia was nabbed in Rhode Island, police said.

Zion Hernandez, 19, was arrested following an investigation by the Rhode Island State Police Adult Correctional Institutions Records and Identification Unit, the state police said in a media release.

Hernandez, a resident of Plainfield, was charged as a fugitive from justice out of Virginia, according to the release.

"Mr. Hernandez was arraigned at Third District Court where he waived extradition," the release said.
