A Massachusetts man wanted in Connecticut was nabbed in Rhode Island, police said.
Nicholas Stevens, 40, was arrested following an investigation by the Rhode Island State Police Adult Correctional Institutions Records and Identification Unit, the state police said in a media release.
Stevens, a resident of Rehoboth, was charged as a fugitive from justice out of Connecticut, according to the release.
"Mr. Stevens was arraigned at Third District Court where he waived extradition," the release said.
